Most of our products you view on this web site will be shipped within 3 to 5 business days after placing your order with us either on the phone or through the shopping cart We also offer expedited shipping available , please give us a call if you need to receive your fixture urgently.

Warranty and Damages

All lighting fixtures from Chandelier Warehouse come with a 3-year manufacturers warranty and are guaranteed against any factory defects. In the rare event that your items arrive damaged, it must be reported within two business days. If the box is visibly damaged upon arrival at your home you must note this on the bill of lading when you sign for the chandelier.

Return Policy

While we're positive you will love your new chandelier, you are welcome to return it to us within 30 days of purchase for a full refund, less original delivery and return shipping For the product to qualify for a full refund, it must be returned in new condition in its original packaging. Please call in advance for a Return Authorization Code -- We cannot accept any returns that do not include this authorization.
