Shipping Information

We charge a flat rate of $15.95 for shipping for orders under $200. If your total order is over $200 your product will ship for free. You should expect your chandelier in 2-3 weeks from the time you place your order. Unfortunately, expedited shipping is not available as we only work with trusted carriers.

Warranty and Damages

All lighting fixtures from Chandelier Warehouse come with a 1-year warranty and are guaranteed against any shipping damages or defects. In the rare event that your item arrives damage, it must be reported within two business days. If the box is visibly damaged upon arrival at your home you must note this on the bill of lading when you sign for the chandelier.

To report shipping damage or manufacturing defects please send an e-mail with your last name, order number, description of problem and digital pictures to info@chandelierwarehouse.com.

Return Policy

While we're positive you will love your new chandelier, you are welcome to return it to us within 30 days of purchase for a full refund, less original delivery and return shipping and a 6% processing fee. For the product to qualify for a full refund, it must be returned in new condition in its original packaging. Return shipping must be prepaid by the customer, and the return package must be insured for the full retail value of the chandelier. Please call in advance for a Return Authorization Code -- we cannot accept any returns that do not include this authorization.
