Non-stock items are shipped approximately within 6 to 10 weeks. Stock items are shipped within 1-5 days after receiving confirmation. Custom made chandeliers ship within 8 to 12 weeks. Most of our products are shipped by UPS ground service. Large chandeliers are shipped by freight companies. When you receive your merchandise, please examine the packaging thoroughly. All items ship out from our warehouse location in Miami, FL or from our distribution centers in the country. All delivery and shipping information is approximate. Our company is not responsible for delays due to U.S. Customs delays, Freight company transit delays, delays that occur due to natural disaster issues such as hurricanes or other related factors. Free shipping applies to 48 contiguous states ONLY.
